Leadership and governance
The Foundation is led by Founder & CEO Diane Cassi with Sarah Fry serving as President, Stacie Kontz as Treasurer, and Kamakalani Chung and Kaitlin Calvert serving as independent Directors-at-Large.
How charitable support is used
Contributions support mission-related work including Cuddle Cot placements, remembrance care packages, memory boxes, free grief resources, volunteer initiatives, and supportive community programs. Donations are processed through Zeffy’s secure giving platform.
Mission-related publications and products
Charitable service—not commercial activity—is the purpose of this website and the Foundation. If the Foundation receives proceeds from a mission-related book or item, the Foundation's share is used to support charitable programs and operating needs. The website does not display third-party advertising, Google AdSense, or affiliate links.
